We like to sit down and share, family style, a big bottle of home-brew grape kombucha and popcorn.  But this isn’t your bagged, microwave popcorn!

This is air-popped, then tossed with melted raw butter, smoked salt and flaked brewer’s yeast.  It’s cheesy (from the raw butter), salty, smokey (from the salt) and nutty (from the brewer’s yeast)…with the tart fizz of the kombucha, we’re sittin’ down till it’s gone.  10 minutes, TOPS.

And this is our current, must have, mid-morning munch.
