I’m visual so this makes it seem oh so much more doable for me! Ha! You are something else, Jenn girl! 🙂 Tell me about the fermenting again? What, how and why. 🙂
p.s. i get the blueberry etc. smoothie! yum.
I’m visual too, so helpful!
I must write about fermenting soon b/c it really is my favorite foodie thing to do.
Fermented foods are probiotic, create more B vitamins, provide live enzymes for breaking down foods (esp cooked foods) and b/c of those enzymes, aid in digestion. Plus, they really do taste great and naturally preserve the food without pasteurizing or canning.
Fermentation basically gives food a big, nourishing, boost…
More later, I promise!!
Sweet Jen, you are amazing! I got in the mail today Tee’s thank you note. So sweet – thank you.
Love to all of you.
