I’m visual so this makes it seem oh so much more doable for me! Ha! You are something else, Jenn girl! 🙂 Tell me about the fermenting again? What, how and why. 🙂

I must write about fermenting soon b/c it really is my favorite foodie thing to do.
Fermented foods are probiotic, create more B vitamins, provide live enzymes for breaking down foods (esp cooked foods) and b/c of those enzymes, aid in digestion. Plus, they really do taste great and naturally preserve the food without pasteurizing or canning.
Fermentation basically gives food a big, nourishing, boost…
