We’ve been making these PB bars for some time now.  Gluten free and honey sweeten make them a hit.  I did an internet search for a recipe after a friend turned me on to the idea (heeeeey Kara).  I like this recipe and follow it exactly.  If you don’t have a bar pan, use a 9×13 and increase the bake time a bit.  Or use a rimed half sheet lined with parchment paper.

They are chewy and nutty (though not as peanut-ty as you’d expect) and sweet and easy and yum and just go make some…we prefer breakfast!
